We recognize that the process of refurbishing an existing house or building a new one could be daunting and complicated. One of our missions at WR-AP is to help homeowners to navigate and understand every step of their project and make sure they always feel in control. Our process is designed to make sure clients feel supported by our team at all times, from the first consultation meeting up to the completion of the project.

"It was a great pleasure working with Max and his team and we couldn't recommend them enough. We undertook a complete house renovation. From our very first meeting, we were so impressed with Max and his ideas and suggestions for our family home. Him and his team supported us from the design and planning permission to the very end of the build. We were very pleased with WR-AP and their friendly, professional and especially efficient approach. Thanks so much for all your support!"

How do we charge for our services:
Architecture service fee calculations for a residential project are based on a percentage of the construction cost. This method is used as the construction cost is an accurate representation of the complexity and scale of the project. Our fees scales for ALL RIBA stages using this method is as follows:

New Build Residential Projects

200,000 up to 500,000 = 10%

500,001 up to 1,000,000 = 8%

1,000,001 up to 3,000,000 = 7%

Refurbishment Residential Projects

200,000 up to 500,000 = 13%

500,001 up to 1,000,000 = 12%

1,000,001 up to 3,000,000 = 7%

Fee Matrix:

Example:

"Sean, Dan and the rest of the WR-AP team are helping us with the refurbishment of our house, along with a side & rear extension. They have been incredibly helpful in working with us to develop our plans and have come up with some really imaginative ideas to help us make the most of the space we have and improve the efficiency & sustainability of our home. They have made a point of listening, understanding how we live and what we want to achieve from this project. They are a pleasure to work with.

We hope, with their help, that we will have a home that continues to meet our needs for many years to come."
