In a nod to the Major of London’s draft London plan from Aug’ 2018 that include a presumption in favour of development on “infill” , vacant lots and gardens as long as there is no net loss of green cover, our proposals for a small residential developer in SW London look to provide a striking new family dwelling on a disused site.
Designed with modern methods of construction in mind the developing proposals look to harness the potential of off-site pre-fabricated elements in order to assist the developer with deliverability, speed to market and quality.
