Engaged by a family trust to evaluate the development potential of one of its smaller property assets in north London our proposals look to provide a number of dwellings, small retail units and the possibility of local workshops.
The proposals include a modern interpretation of the terraced house. One of the clients aspirations is that at least 50% of the housing on the site will be available for first time buyers and the modern ‘two up, two down’ townhouse is anticipated to accommodate these aspirations.
The project is currently being discussed with the local planning authority via the pre-app process.
